Together with Mert Akbal and Apartment Project we want to explore (and taste!) some of the world’s many types of dumplings. In a series of events, we invite dumpling experts (from anthropologists to street food traders) to share their knowledge and experiences with a small audience.
The kick-off event will take place at Apartment Project in Berlin-Neukölln on October 17th.
In multi-media presentations, we aim at exploring the similarities and differences, the origins and modifications of dumplings that are by-now also part of Berlin’s culinary catalogue.
